Beth Edwards
Program Manager
Beth brings over 35 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She brings expertise in classroom teaching, program administration, professional development and outdoor design and consultation. Beth received her undergraduate degree in Art and design from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virgina and her master's in early childhood education from the University of North Texas in Denton.
As a dedicated play advocate, professional development specialist and designer, Beth is passionate about fostering best practices in child development, connecting children to nature and designing unique outdoor environments that spark curiosity and engagement with the natural world. She is a Texas registered trainer, Texas Childcare Health Consultant, and an NLI/Texas Tech registered OLE! Playground Designer.
Beth believes in protecting and preserving early childhood as a time for self-discovery, joy and wonder as children learn about the world around them. She looks forward to partnering with Texas ECE professionals in reimagining outdoor learning!
